Every Dinosaur Designs order is carefully and professionally gift wrapped. Personalised notes can be included, simply enter the details at checkout.

Goods are shipped via UPS, with fees calculated real-time at checkout. For orders shipped within the United States, we offer free standard shipping and free express for over $300.

Purchases within New York State will incur sales tax.

To protect out staff and customers during these uncertain times, the Dinosaur Designs New York store and online store will be temporarily closed from the 6th April 2020. Any order placed after this date will dispatched upon reopening, which at this stage is unknown.

DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Dinosaur Designs has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.


RETURNS

Our standard returns policy of 30 days will be waived for orders placed between the 2nd March - 6th April 2020. If you wish to make a return, please contact newyork@dinosaurdesigns.com.au to make arrangements. Any orders placed after the 6th April 2020 will have 30days from receiving the order to return.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a piece is not quite right, you will be provided with an online store credit voucher which is valid for 3 years.

To return your item/s:

1- Post the item/s still in their original condition with the returns form that was included in the orders paper work to:

We strongly recommend that all returns posted to Dinosaur Designs have a tracking number. Dinosaur Designs is not responsible for any returns that go missing or lost on their way to us.All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.

2- Once your items has been received, the return will be processed within 3 business days and you will be emailed a store credit voucher in the form of a gift voucher.. If a refund has been made, you will be credited back to the payment method that was used to make the original order. Processing time can vary between banks so please allow up to 10 business days for the refund transaction.
