Care information

Resin is strong and durable, yet should be treated like a ceramic as it can break when dropped on knocked against a hard surface. 

Resin homewares are suitable for cold food service only. These products should be hand washed in warm water only. Resin may appear “frosted” after washing and can be rubbed with a drop of cooking oil to restore sheen. Resin is not fire resistant and so should not be used in an oven, a microwave, dishwasher or as an ashtray.

Exchange and returns

Due to closure of the online store as of the 6th April 2020, our standard 30 day exchange policy has been waived on any orders placed after the 2nd of March 2020. Any orders placed after the 6th April will have 30days from receiving the order to return.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a piece is not quite right, you will be provided with an online store credit voucher which is valid for 3 years.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items. All sales are final.

To protect our staff and customers during these uncertain times, the Dinosaur Designs New York store and online store has temporarily closed. Online orders placed after the 6th April 2020 will be dispatched upon our return.
