All Dinosaur Designs resin pieces are crafted with care in our Sydney studio, on the East coast of Australia. Each piece may vary in size, casting and texture as this reflects the individual and handmade nature of our pieces and should be embraced.

Pre-Order

Pieces available for pre-order are handmade to order in our Sydney studio. Some pieces may be ready-to-ship at time of purchase. In this event, your order will be promptly fulfilled within our standard processing times. Alternatively, there is an 12-15 week lead time due to the handmade nature of our pieces.

Care

Our homewares are suitable for cold food only. These pieces should be hand washed in warm water. Resin may appear frosted after washing and should be rubbed with a drop of cooking oil to restore sheen. All resin pieces are strong and durable but should be treated like a ceramic and are not shock-absorbent and can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. Resin is not fire resistant and so should not be used in an oven, a microwave, or used as candleholders or ashtrays.

Returns

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for store credit or exchange to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition, within 30 days of receiving. Pre-order and made-to-order purchases are final sale.

Online returns can be lodged via your Dinosaur Designs account or at our New York flagship store in Soho with proof of purchase.
