Online orders are dispatched from Soho, New York and are processed within 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped with UPS or are available for pickup from our New York store. You can select this option at checkout.

Pre-order Pieces available for pre-order are handmade to order in our Sydney studio. Some pieces may be ready-to-ship at time of purchase. In this event, your order will be promptly fulfilled within our standard processing times.

International shipping available to Canada and South America. For Australia, Africa, Asia and Oceania, please use our AU website. For UK and Europe, please use our US website.

Returns

Pieces may be returned for store credit or exchange to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition, within 30 days of receiving.
