Each of our pieces are handmade and individually finished by our specialist makers, forming detailed, sculptural shapes. Due to this, each piece may vary in size, weight and texture, as this reflects the individual and handmade nature of our pieces and should be embraced.

Glass vases are fragile. Please handle with care. When filling the vases with water hold at the base and fill slowly. From time to time, the surface of sand blasted vases may appear frosted. To restore sheen simply rub with moisturiser. High-shine glass vases should be cleaned with a good quality glass cleaner.

Online orders are dispatched from Soho, New York and are processed within 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped with UPS or are available for pickup from our New York store. You can select this option at checkout.

Pre-order Pieces available for pre-order are handmade to order in our Sydney studio. Some pieces may be ready-to-ship at time of purchase. In this event, your order will be promptly fulfilled within our standard processing times.

Pieces may be returned for store credit or exchange to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition, within 30 days of receiving.

Online returns can be lodged via your Dinosaur Designs account or at our New York flagship store in Soho with proof of purchase.
